To import your contacts from csv or text file to your list please follow steps below:

2.Click on the list name you want to import contacts to.

3. Click on "import contacts" then choose wether you want to import csv or text file format

Note: if you import a "CSV" file then this file should have a header with "Email" field and other fields.

Please make sure that your file has a correct "csv" format
