If you want to send a campaign to subscribers who are tagged then you have to follow the easy steps below:
Create new campaign, add list then click on "save and continue"
Add subject and other required fields then click on "more options"
Select a condition "Tagged or Not tagged" then select a one single tag or multiple tags
Click on "Close" then click on "save and continue"
