If you want to add a video: Youtube, Vimeo,... then you need to follow the steps below:
Add an html block in the drag & drop editor
Copy the video embed code (from youtube, vimeo, ...etc)
Paste the video embed code in the html block
Save changes
Note: If you have a video hosted on your website you can add it on an iframe and copy paste it in the html block
