If your csv file import fails or generates an error message then it's because of your csv file formatting issue.
To fix this please make sure of the following:
If your csv file has this separator ";" instead of comma "," then you need to open it and replace all ";" by ","
Make sure that your file does'nt have weird special characters.
If you export your csv file from your email service provider then make sure to not modify it yourself, just export it then import it to your Zagomail list.
After verifying all the steps above and if your import fails then contact our support.
