2 years ago, one of our customers said "My subscribers are from many countries and each one has a time where he usually checks his emails!...

How to optimize sending so that each one of them can get my email in the best time?"

Fair and smart question!

Since this time we worked to implement the logic behind intelligent schedule and then sending by timezone.

Intelligent schedule

In few words, this feature collects data about your subscribers behavior to predict, via an algorithm, the best time where your subscribers will open your campaign.

How to use it?

  1. when you choose intelligent schedule your campaign needs to be set 24h in advance.

  2. Important note: If you are new customer and you just import a CSV file we don't recommend to use it in your first campaign bceause simply as your source is CSV file it does not provide to our AI system any data about your subscribers. You need to send with normal scheduling few campaigns so that our system starts collecting data.

Sending by time-zone

This feature allows you to send campaigns on your subscribers timezone.

E.g: If in your list you have one subscriber from US and the second from UK , in this case if you send your campaign at 9AM, your subscriber from US will receive it at 9AM (US local time) and your subscriber from UK will receive it at 9AM (UK local time)

How to use it?

  1. when you choose sending by timezone your campaign needs to be set 24h in advance.

  2. Important note: If you are new customer and you just import a CSV file we don't recommend to use it in your first campaign bceause simply as your source is CSV file it does not provide to our AI system any data about your subscribers. You need to send with normal scheduling few campaigns so that our system starts collecting data

  3. If you collect your subscribers via Zagomail forms then you can use it to send campaigns to your subscribers because our forms track their timezone data.
