One of the easiest way to embed a form on your wordpress website is described below:
Add a custom html block on your wordpress page
Go to your form and click on Embed
Copy javascript embed code
Paste this code in the custom html block of your wordpress then save
Clear your website cache and your browser cache
Note: If you want that your form shows up on all pages then you need to add javascript embed code in the footer. You can also use the visibility feature to include and/or exclude it from a specific page.
