Add a personalization for subject line
You need to follow the easy steps below:
Click on [Personalize] above your subject line
Select one of the available personalizations: [FNAME] for First name, [LNAME] for Last name, or any other ones from the list.
Add a personalization for your template content
You need to follow the easy steps below:
1. Open the drag drop editor
2. Click on the text area, a popup will be displayed then click on "Merge tags"
3. selecte one of the personalization you want (E.g. [FNAME] for Firstname)
4. Save changes.
