Login to your wordpress the go to Plugins > Add new and upload our plugin, then click on "install now". Once installation is completed click on "Activate plugin".

Follow instructions and login to your account so the plugin will be linked to your account

In forms side click on Embed then wordpress and copy the shortcode of your form and paste it in the location you want inside your website.
